The customer service I received from Michelle and Muriel was absolutely outstanding. I had an issue with my hoodie, and they dealt with it promptly and professionally. Once I was happy with the options they offered, they arranged for a replacement hood to be sent out, and it arrived in no time. Obviously, delivery takes a little while, but that’s to be expected. One small thing to note is that the sizing seems to be a little off, so I’d recommend ordering the next size up to ensure a comfortable fit. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how the issue was handled. Michelle and Muriel are a credit to ATHENA Bodywear, and it’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Delighted with the quality of both items. Haven’t bought Ralph Lauren for a few years. My only reservation is that across the men’s range they’re slightly on the smaller than ‘true to size. Normally for me XL leaves me a bit of room. With these they fit but are s bit ‘snug’.
