How do I join VIP+?
Join from any “Join now” button on this page, or select the membership option in your cart.
Does VIP+ have a monthly fee?
Your first month is free. After that, the membership is € 24,95/month – and each month you receive € 24,95 in store credit to spend on future orders.
When do store credits expire?
Never. Your store credits stay available forever – even after you cancel, any credit you have already earned remains yours to spend.
How long do I have to keep my membership?
VIP+ has a minimum of 2 billing cycles. After your first 2 monthly payments you can pause or cancel anytime – and any store credit you have earned stays yours.
When do I get credited?
Store credit is issued automatically each billing cycle while your membership is active.
Do I get store credit during the trial period?
No. The first month is a trial, so no charge means no credit for that period. Store credit starts accruing from the first paid month onward.
How can I use my store credit?
You apply it manually at checkout, where you can choose how much of your available credit to put toward the current order.
Does the 10% discount stack?
No. Your VIP+ discount can’t be combined with other discounts, such as our Buy more, save more deals. Instead, you always get at least 10% off every order: the best offer applies automatically (for example 15% when you buy 4 or more items).
How can I cancel or pause my membership?
Once you have completed your 2-billing-cycle minimum, go to your account dashboard, open “Manage my Membership” and select Pause or Cancel.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Please review this information carefully. All VIP+ memberships require a minimum of 2 billing cycles. This ensures fair access to our member-only pricing and perks.
Once you have completed your 2-cycle minimum and wish to cancel, you can do so anytime via the ‘Manage Your Subscription’ page, where you can also pause or adjust your membership as needed. For members who love to shop with us regularly, VIP+ is ideal. If you prefer a flexible option or want to try us first, we recommend shopping with one-time orders instead.
Important:
The 2-billing-cycle minimum applies to all VIP+ memberships. There are no exceptions to this policy. Cancelling before completing the 2-billing-cycle minimum will incur a € 49,00 early cancellation fee.
